Teambuilding

"Work hard, play hard"

What better way to foster camaraderie & friendships within co-workers than to get stretched and challenged together as a unit!

You can discover more about each other in an hour of fun and play than a year of casual conversations.

Our newly developed Escape Room Activity will test the level of communication, trust and leadership of your teams. Participants will be challenged to rely on one another and make decisions together.

Since it is after all a teambuilding activity, we have carefully designed our puzzles to maximize the level of collaboration and cooperation required.

Our approach:

Immersive & Engaging

We offer this programme in 2 unique formats:

1) Escape Room activity (Online programme)

2) Activity-based sessions (Online/Face-to-face platforms)

Affirmation Project

Embracing Mental Wellness

Stress and anxiety are common among youths not only due to academic pressures but also because they are at the age where their self-esteem and identity are being developed.

This, coupled with the Covid-19 pandemic that has created challenges in social interaction and support, has made the topic of Mental Wellness more pressing and pertinent.

Their mental health is just as important as their physical health.

Through our Activity-Based sessions that incorporate our newly-developed Escape Room activity, youths learn to manage their emotions and hone their interpersonal skills as they communicate and rely on each other, and problem-solve and make decisions together. In addition, as the concept of self-worth and value is something that we often find complex to explain yet very important, our programme is largely centered on learning about and recognizing one's self-worth.

Our approach:

Experiential & Engaging, Relevant & Relatable

We provide this programme in both Online & Face-to-Face platforms that incorporate our engaging and exciting Escape Room activity.

(Sec 2 & 3 Students)

“Everyone is worth something and holds value that should be acknowledged by others so that we are motivated and do not feel left out.”

“One challenge I face is time management. I sometimes feel frustrated because I cannot manage my time properly. But I have learnt that I can ask for emotional support when I feel stressed.”

“Being a leader does not mean you have to be perfect. It means to have humility to learn.”

“Being a leader does not only mean that we communicate with our team to get the work done. It also means to nurture others to do the work.”

“I learnt that being a leader means you must open up and care for others and anyone can be a leader as long as you believe in yourself.”

Community Service Club Leaders' Training

(Polytechnic Student Leaders)

'What was most applicable to me in today's training is learning that a leader should empower their team mates to get the best out of the team.'

'Today, I learnt that communication and support are important. We might not always succeed and will make mistakes. At this time, it is important not to blame but support and discuss about what to do next.'

Character Development Programme

(GB officers & Students)

IMG-20180112-WA0003.jpg

"Everyone was scared when they closed the door and it was totally dark. No one wanted to be the first person leading the team, so I volunteered myself. I was scared but someone had to do it right?"

- Student Participant

"The session was really very good. I got to know my girls better, and even I, at my age, learnt something. There was a part of the cave where I could not reach the lower ground and I didn't dare to move forward. But the girls in my team told me to trust and believe that I could do it."

Embracing Mental Wellness

(62nd Girls Brigade - Sec 2 Students)

It was definitely fun,

not just because I enjoy doing craft, but also because it made me feel what it's like to be a child again.
